Alumni Tea is an annual event that we, the sisters of Sigma Sigma Sigma sponsor for our much respected alumnae. This annual event allows the present sisters of Sigma Sigma Sigma and past alumnae to rejoin together and to see how our chapter has improved. This event has previously occurred in the form of a ‘tea party’ with pastries, desserts, tea, and lemonade being. This event is a fabulous opportunity for our sisters to actually meet and get to know alumnae they never have!
Just two years ago, the Delta Pi Chapter of Sigma Sigma Sigma celebrated their 30th anniversary of being recognized as an organization on Winthrop University’s campus. A similar even to the previously mentioned Alumnae Tea occurred. All of the current sisters of Sigma Sigma Sigma invited the alumnae to celebrate the occasion with drinks, appetizers, and t-shirts for sale honoring Sigma Sigma Sigma’s 30th anniversary.
